Volodymyr is born May 17, 1991​ In the city of Severodonetsk Ukraine.​ Since 1997 he was engaged in the circus studio “People’s Circus Meredian” Severodonetsk Ukraine.​ Received various awards at various children’s circus festivals.​ One of the most important grand prix at the circus festival “circus future” in Lugansk Ukraine.​ In place with the Grand Prix received a budgetary place in the Luhansk College of Culture and Arts at the circus department.​ Since 2005 he began training.​ At the same time he signed up for the circus studio “spring” in the city of Lugansk.​ From 2007 to 2010 he worked in a number of group jugglers under the leadership of Vitaly Kovtun in the state circus company of Ukraine.​ He practices coils all the time.​ Graduated from college in 2009 as an equilibrium juggler.​
